32cc inline four display engine finished

finally finished the inline four display engine after sorting out a few issues, cdi hall sensor burnt out , my first starter motor attempt brock the housing for the oneway bearing on the 6th Start up after those repairs the display motor is perfect

Have you got a list of the part numbers for the pulleys and drive belt you used?

The original belt that came with the engine were crap they were more like the belt from a old tape deck and were prom to slipping I got pullys and belt from aliexpress what I used for the pulleys is gt2 20 tooth pulley with a 8mm hole that fits straight on the engine crankshaft and 2 gt2 16 tooth with a 3mm hole that fits on both the water pump and oil pump shaft and the belt that was used is a gt2 138mm lenght it took me 3 goes to get the right belt lenght right the gt2 belts come in 2 sizes either a 6mm or a 10mm I chose a 6mm in width one there's no difference if you use either 6mm or 10mm width ones apart form different belt widths to get the belt on you need to remove the pulleys on the both the water pump and oil pump and slide them in together with the belt on the tension is just right without the need of the idle pulley to tension the belt

These Chinese made engines are crap I have 4cylinder like this and the V8 nothing but trouble crap.

What issues did you have ? To be honest I've never had a issue with this one
