Archie grey is such a talent. I can’t believe a 16 year old ruled that pitch. Be good to see him as a main for under 23s and maybe a last minute at end sub. We can’t rely on him for prem but it’s exciting. Marc roca was top quality we’ve got a good one

I'm excited about this Leeds team, Gelhardt and Gray coming through.. We're the strongest we've ever been since Viduka... Arronson looks like a proper player, Roca is absolute class, haven't seen enough of Adams, but you need that player that just gets his foot in.. It all just looks like a really good mix. It looks like we have a plan.. Also.. people will say you're buying too many players, but a lot of these players know each other.. and know the manager. Can't wait to see what this team can do.

Roca was very good always looking forward instead of going backwards, It was that good our goalkeepers never had the ball much. Firpo looked good for a change and good luck to him keep it up Firpo. Gray fantastic for the future, What was not to like i thought we played very well from the off. Lets hope we can keep it up this season and bring the feel good factor back this year.

I agree with Bielsa Forshaw is a very good midfielder and I've always thought that since the Championship. Technically and tactically good and when fit did everything MB asked of him. He'll do the same for Marsch when he calls on him. I Good player for the squad, I've been watching our midfielders since the mid 70s.

Everyone has their own opinion, they're entitled to it. Personally, I agree with most things you say 👍 The club has backed Marsch in this window, nice to see that they're making good signings. The potential for the team this season is looking up. If we can sign a quality striker and raphina stays, the attacking threat that raphina, sinisterra, Bamford/ new striker hold with scare alot of teams, including the top ones. We've got a much improved midfield which should help protect the defence and the hologram. I can see us getting results against the top teams like we did 2 seasons ago, we never really carried a threat going forward last season, which made it easy for most teams to dominate/ embarrass us. I think marsch has Dallas in mind to play LB when he's fit, think that's why we're not looking at getting a LB. Keep up the good work Conor 👍

Flack for stating the obvious. Eh, truth is truth. The pressure is always immense on a manager and even more so teetering on the brink of relo in the PL with multi-multi-millions on the line. Marsch is a smart man and 100% aware of this, yes? Even Bielsa went through a mountain of equity. With so many changes, we all need to be prepared for a an acclimation- a break in period, but... ultimately, it's a game in which we keep score in a match and the standings. Results matter.

I feel like Tyler Adams is a Javier Mascherano starter kit. Similarly limited skills at the same age with great defensive work rate. Masche managed to improve his skill enough at Barcelona to play as a CD at 5'6" or so. Did not see that happening, but he was the heart & soul of Argentina's 2014 squad that lost in extra time in the World Cup Final. Don't know if Adams will follow Masche's trajectory, but he will give you similar stuff to what Masche gave at the same age.

To clarify DE Jong. IM in Spain. THey owe him 20 million euros from his signing on fee plus 10 million this year and next. He took a wage cut which is compensated in the 10 million this year and next. They owe him 40 million if he leaves or stays. He can stay if he takes a wage cut. That wage cut would go towards Raphinas wages- which would be more than his wages. That ain't going to happen. Barca are 3 times more in debt than us in 2003. Bayern were right , they could disappear. No better sight than seeing Laporta from Barca sweating when he sees a journalist when he leaves a meeting. Hes a show man who lives on signing Messi. Another fun fact: They havent asked Pique or Alba to drop their astronomical wages. They are from Laporta's previous term as President. They are both way past it yet are un-sellable due to buy out clauses. Pique's is 440 million. You wouldn't give tuppence. Also, I'm sure you know the expression " Do a Leeds" which means to get into a lot of debt. We had the biggest debt in world football- 300 million quid. At the time it was the equivalent to 450 million euros. Today it is probably around 330 million euros. Although the euro is in freefall. We don't do things by half. We are the only club to have a specific University course on Economics dedicated to us due to the magnitude of the debt. Barca are way over us but time will tell. Here are two clubs who "Did a Leeds" in my 20 years here in Vigo Spain. Celta Vigo, my adopted club, 75 million euros. Cost: 6 years in the Second division. Paid of the debt and are now doing well. Deportivo La Coruna - yes, our friends from The Champions League, had a debt of 170 million euros. Cost and context: Here in Spain there are only 2 leagues. the third is semi-professional. That means your player has to have a job. There are 2 Third Divisions. Only the winner goes up from each league. Third, fourth, fifth and sixth play-off to play the second placed team. The second place team has the advantage of playing the play-off winner at home. Just one game. Fair enough, they finished second. Deportivo went down the year of the debt They used typical Spanish business practice and somehow signed players who earnt premier league wages. They went back down. Then they went to the Third division 2 years ago. Nothing last year. This year they finished second. Played the final at home and lost in the 97th minute. So, another year down there. Great story for us in Vigo. They are the locals rivals. Have a look for Celta Vigo- Deportivo Away days. Unbelievable atmosphere. 36 degrees here and 3 beers, hope that explains the dribble. I get pleasure from seeing people suffer like we did as a club. As the Vicar said to the Bishop, "It was long and hard."

I think most would like to see Rafa realise his Barca dream, especially for the moments he has given us, but not at our expense. He is the instigator of his transfer, personally, I would be over the moon if he continued to thrill us all. However, football being as it is these days, it's more a business than sport and players know this when they sign contracts and don their boots. As such they are assets and have to accept their personal "needs" should be secondary, after all, they are being paid magnificently for their services. So why are they allowed to call the shots ? Rafa knows we need to replace him and need his sales income to help with that, so it's not right to pander to him. Same applies to the likes of CDK, wanting have his cake etc, only wanting to go where he chooses. They all know how it works, if they don't want to play, then get a normal job !!! Apologies for the rant but the current attitude "It's all about me", is responsible for much of the way things are these days.
