I've seen lots of tiny homes and this is very nice. One suggestion is to add a dryer vent so people can choose to get a vented combo WD which are much more efficient.

Gorgeous home! Have you seen the type of stairs that fold flat against the wall? It allows the space to be clear when not in use, but you don't have to go up a ladder or the tube wall ladder. Not that there is anything wrong with them, it's just not always a safe option for some. Just a thought. Thanks for sharing another great TH!

yeah we have seen those, and they do seem nice!!☺️ These tiny homes are built on the customizations the customer made so the wall ladder was the customers choice, and of course you are able to chose from the plenty of options we have for the ladders😁🏡

its a stand up loft, its installed to have a little walk way to get to your sleeping area a bit easier🏡✨

I like the loft, but not at the expense of the toilet under the walkway like that. And there is too much wasted space to the left and right of the toilet. I would've rather seen the washer/dryer unit in the bathroom under the walkway and bump the bathroom out into the kitchen space a bit so that the toilet could go elsewhere in the bathroom.Also, no upper cabinets or shelves for kitchen storage. I couldn't imagine trying to fit all the necessary supplies for a functioning kitchen in that minimal amount of storage.

I'd take those tubular ladder replace it with a well designed folder stair if not a box type steps with cabinet/storages. L shape couch i'd say :)
