I think making the adjustments via knobs (as you mentioned) is a good idea. Most of them except the ER collet itself could be changed to knobs and levers to make it more or less tool-less. Cheers, Craig

Hi Kevin is that shaft 150 MM long if not were did you get it from. Jeff from the uk.

Hi Jeff, the shaft is 200mm(150mm would have been to short). I imported it from China.
