Holy heartrate, Batman!!!! I'm so glad I got that done. Wasn't really wanting to work out, but I knew I needed it. So fun. Only had to restart circuit three like 3 times cause my puppy kept climbing on my face 🤣

Love, love, love Tabata, and the format of the exercises is fantastic!! Great compound and isolation moves that totally kept my heart rate up!! Also, love that we used both dumbbells and kettlebells!! Great workout!! 💯🙌🙌!!!!!

Grateful for the workout. I’ll definitely be back. There were a few times where I chose the alternate not because I didn’t feel up to the original move but because I couldn’t understand what all was required of me, but overall a great routine, and the alternates still did plenty of damage.

Excellent workout as usual. TABATA is a format I really prefer--especially right now as I resume working out after many weeks of no-weight-work (walking only). The 20-secs of reps multiplied in each set is doable but also challenging enough to work muscle groups (esp w compound movements) AND firing up the heartrate. My max heart rate was 165bpm (I'm betting that was the bonus round at the end) and my avg heart rate was 114bpms. I feel awesome. Used lighter weights (2-10lb dumbells) while I transition to resuming working out w weights. Thanks for a great workout! Like # 961
