33 The Gift of Word of Knowledge

Hey guys! I got something awesome to share! Just now as I was shopping at NTUC. I noticed a young guy he was a staff there. I saw him before so I knew who he was. The Holy Spirit impressed upon me that he was abused by his father before. I tried to brush it off. Is it my own thoughts? I ask the Lord again what did you just say, did I hear wrongly? He said to me clearly, “I just told you”. I learned a lesson if the Holy spirit gives you a word of knowledge, don’t brush it off and don’t ask him to repeat himself. I striked up a conversation with him, it was abit awkward but I beat around the bush and told him someone in his family or someone who is close to him either abused him or was really bad to him. The Lord said to me to tell him,”He knows what you are going through and he wants to mend and heal your broken heart.” He told me it was his dad. That he wasn’t nice to him! I was taken aback. That was exactly what i heard in the spirit! Wow! I prayed for him and told him the Lord is close to the broken hearted and declared that the Lord would restore to him double what he has lost and he would have a bright future. :) this made my day! Hope it encourages you guys, if God can use a blur sotong like me, he can use you!

Thanks for sharing Noah, I think is not always so easy to hear God's voice so we should also pay attention when giving words, it may came just from our heart because we might desire the best for a person but that doesn't mean is what God wanted to say. I'm still learning to recognize His voice, most of the times i always double check just to make sure i'm not misleading a person :) i have words of wisdom and someone 2 years ago told me i would give words of knowledge to people...still waiting, i have a heart for sharing the gospel. bless you !

I love the gift of knowledge. But I love the giver out the gift more. The Lord has used me in this gift quite a number of times throughout my 40 Years of serving him. And it is wonderful to see the transformation in the lives of the people that have been ministered unto.

I prayed today and asked the Lord what my calling is....I’ve had the gift of discerning of spirits, the word of knowledge I thought, then I opened my bible to Eclessiastes 7. I knew the Lord wanted me to pray and ask for wisdom. After watching your video I now realize I’ve not understood these three gifts. The Lord has been giving these gifts, but I haven’t had a church since I got saved....the Lord himself saved me 1 1/2 years ago through reading the Bible. My testimony is Isaiah 59. I turned away from my false religion (Jehovah’s Witnesses) because the Lord had shown me that they didn’t have his Spirit. All of this simply because I asked if my worship was pleasing. The ball began rolling immediately....once I turned from JW’s I was an open prey and the Lord looked and saw no intercessor, so he reached down and lead me through his word. I read about “grace” for the very first time in the New Testament. I learned that Jesus is God and began to pray to him, (I had never spoken to Jesus in my life because I was taught he is Michael the archangel)! Anyways, my testimony is long, God is amazing and faithful! He promises that if you search for him with all of your heart, you will find him. I praise the Lord this day for his abundant mercy and grace! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 The Lord is merciful to those ignorant of his word stuck in cults, if you want truth with all of your heart, no matter if you family disowns you, you only want the Lord God almighty, he will deliver you from complete darkness. He dropped the veil for and revealed his son! He is saving people! I’ve heard of this happening to Muslims through dreams. I had dreams too!

Proverbs 30:5 Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him. 6 Do not add to His words, Lest He rebuke you, and you be found a liar. Revelation 22:18 ¶ For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will addfn to him the plagues that are written in this book; 19 and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. I have had a couple of Supernatural spiritual dreams that were very Vivid and symbolic, in those dreams I just knew things without anybody telling me. Does that sound like word of knowledge to you? I don't remember ever having that experience in the natural... One time I had a word appear in my mind, it was like I saw the word and the word also came to my thoughts but it had nothing to do with anything I was doing or thinking, that word was necromancy , I didn't even know what that word meant at the time . My guess is that was Word of Wisdom?

No, word of wisdom involves dreams and visions whereas words of knowledge tend to be simply , suddenly, 'knowing' a thing or facts you cant know with natural knowledge.
