This time, giving a redline to the engine melted, and spit it out, as exhaust gases a very hot, restricting them cars get to melting temperatures, which result in this kinda thing. The only issue here might be that parts of ceramic could be sucked into the engine by the back pressure, this will result in honing degradation and scratches on the cylinder wall

Worse case scenario it might actually hurt the performance as in some systems the cat acts as a high pressure area, with the parts after that acting as a low pressure area, resulting in a vacuum effect, which increases airflow. If you want more airflow, get a better designed exhaust, don't just remove your cats and expect that to do the work.
