I have questions should I max him out or wait for Roger re-run coz I am saving for v1 Roger so I shaved 600+ frags I have marko at 85 with boost 4 flim red shanks

You could keep saving for roger rerun but I suggest you frag Marco, he is great in this meta (likely will be for a good amount of time) and you'll probably get back your frags from anniversary banners which are in around a month (save your gems)
