OK so in the video you never see the subject point his gun at the NYPD pig could it be that he had a gun(bb gun) and he jumped out with it and the scardy cop saw a gun in his hand but was not pointed at him and cop shot him hmmmm what do you think

The cop just shot a scared person who jumped out of a car did anyone see him point BB gun at the pig there is a similar case in alaska Bashir hasan was shot by a cop and he brandished the gun but NEVER pointed it at cop he just shot him for having a gun which is not illegal

It's not illegal to jump out of a stolen car with a gun in your hand? Where is that legal to do?😂 It's definitely not legal in New York City. You can't even carry concealed in New York State without a permit, which practically nobody can even get. NYC it's even worse. Maybe in Anchorage Fairbanks or Juneau Alaska where you live, you can walk the streets gun in hand; which I also doubt. The cop has to wait until you point it at him first? 😂 You have almost 3000 subs on KZbin?
