Looks really nice. I think on the food side we all like different things. Then you get people who will moan just for the sake of it.The food actually looks really good. The floaties are really expensive we actually had an American lady who gave us hers as she was leaving. We in turn found some children to hand them to when we left The sea looks gorgeous ❤

Me and my partner flying out to this hotel in a couple of weeks. Glad to see it looks as good as we thought. Quick question, how did you guys go about tipping? Is it a necessity like in the US or is it more if you'd like to? Seen a few reviews saying to make sure to take cash for tipping so just curious as to how much we should take.

Tipping wasn’t necessary to be honest I didn’t see much tipping in this resort. We stayed in 3 resorts while in Mexico and the other 2 hotels had more tipping. Have a great trip!

Thanks for the video. I’m going to the same place in a week and just had a couple of questions as I’m a bit nervous about a couple of things and wondered your opinion We’re really hoping for a relaxing holiday, but I can see they have a party pool. Does this go on all the time? Are there places within the resort you can sit and relax with a quieter vibe? Also, it’s the first holiday outside Europe I’ve had in 14 years so the food is my other concern. Food poisoning is a massive phobia of mine so it’s something I’m nervous about. How was the weather when you went? We’re going at the tail end of the wet season, and just hoping it won’t be a rain fest. Did you have any trouble getting sun loungers? A lot of places have reviews moaning about people reserving them with no spaces, but this isn’t anything i’ve seen mentioned at this particular hotel Tripadvisor reviews all rave about this place, and they’re all recent reviews too so I do feel reassured by that. Thank you for watching! You’re going to love it here honestly it’s lovely. There are different areas around the hotel to chill out at. They have entertainment in one of the pools but we found the volleyball pool ( when there was no volleyball lol) and the beach were a relaxing area. The Riu party’s are in a different section and they didn’t bother us at all. One reason we only stayed here for 5 nights was because we read really bad reviews about the food. I wish I didn’t listen to them because the food was lovely! Just be careful on certain foods like fish and creamy stuff because that can trigger upset stomachs but saying that Gethin and the boys ate all this and they were fine. We went done to the pool at different times of the day and always managed to get a sun bed. It’s not like Europe where people are queuing to put their towels down but some were up early doing it. Please don’t listen to the tripadvisor reviews. I wish I took my own advise because we didn’t have any complaints xx
