That looks so good! Watching this series makes me feel like it’s right before Christmas and I can’t wait to open my gifts, and it’s not even my bike!!! Can’t wait for you to finish these builds. You are doing a fantastic job with them. You’ve never to,d us, or I missed it. Where did you learn about bikes? Were you a bike mechanic at one time? Are you still? Also, where do you find parts for bikes that old?more questions, how is the house working for you and your wife? Is her studio/shop in the back working well for her? Lastly, give WD-40 a try on stickers. It usually takes them right off, but try it on a part you don’t care about to see if it damages the metal or plastic so you don’t make refurbishment a problem. Keep up the great work. And hurry up, the wait is killing me! 😂😂😂

Started tearing down and building bicycles when i was 8. Started on motorcycles at 13. Dad was a Millwright so i followed in his footsteps for a few years. Always been mechanically inclined. Always fixed my own cars. Quit Dirt bikes when i was 16. Broke my back in a Dirt bike accident. 10 years ago Facebook got me back into bikes when i found one on market place, fixed it and sold it for a profit. Kids got me into the KZbin thing. If i can take it apart, i can put it back together. WD40 is good for removing decals. Carb cleaner works good too. House is good, always more to do. Wife is spending most of here time crafting inside. Shop is more for woodwork and furniture restoration.

I have a question.. at the end of the swingarm are they inserts that the chain adjusters screw into? I snapped off a bolt head trying to remove the inner plates the axle goes through. It looks like an insert but I can't get it to budge.
