It looked nice and not so windy for flying. Ah well good video at ground level. The Midland Pullman power car was with the new West Highland Pullman a shorter set that Les saw and said to fit in the passing loops which are too short for a full HST. I was about to close PC and set off out for Tangmere on Monday but luckily saw her passing through York station an hour early. I should of stuck to my first plan of having some lunch in town and getting to the station early. Not often steam locomotives pass through Leeds

Very nice, I was at the drs open day yesterday. It was a very good day out. then went to the station to see some trains and then up to upperby aswell. that is not the midland pullman. This is the new 'West Highland pullman' on the test run!

It definitely says "Midland Pullman" on the power car! Glad you enjoyed your day at Kingmoor- I was supposed to be at the Ravenglass and Eskdale AGM but was stymied by Northern Rail cancelling three out of four morning trains on the coastal line.
