This appears to be an elderly person. It is common for them to get acne like this when they have worked in the sun for most of their lives. Also if they’re a smoker that cause acne like this too. It has nothing to do with cleaning your skin or being in your blood.

*Wash themselves properly. A lot of people hop in the soap and water but don’t use elbow grease when they scrub, nor know if they’re getting proper cleansing products or just what looks good and been out by some brand people use aimlessly. Exfoliate, EXFOLIATE, and eat what the LORD intended and this will never be you.
