I started watching your videos when i started doing leetcode's daily challenge problem and trust me u used to explain things quiet steadily, but from last 3-4 videos it feels like u just want to upload solutions as quickly as possible which is kind of affecting your explanations in the video.

how do one develop these kind of intuition in real time, knew this has to do something with sliding window, but the intuition where consecutive meetings would give the possible result didn't strike me. Looks like an IQ diff🙂

What if we want two different consecutive meetings? I understand from the solution video that it will cost us k = 1 for such shifting. But from which part of the question can you understand that?
