Excellent video chocked full of ideas and inspo. As far as those wood triangle "trees" , I think a thin, red, satin ribbon with long tails, placed at the top like a star, would be the perfect added touch.

Add a skinny red velvet bow with long tails to the top of the wooden trees or some jingle bells tied with the ribbon hanging in the middle. Will add some color but still keep it simple. Lots of great ideas on this video…you are so creative!

If you don’t want to hot glue the pillow, I’ve actually used just one placemat and use a seam ripper to take out the seam on one end. Open it up and stuff it and then I hand sew the end shut. I love them have used them for 4 or 5 years no problem.

I love the simple wood trees. I'd add a tiny *C Hook nail* at the inside point of the tree so I could hang a special little ornament on each one.
