Nick...the way to calculate MPGs is to set your trip odometer to zero at full up then on next fill up (DOES NOT NEED TO BE EMPTY) divide the KMs shown on the trip by the gallons bought, then convert that # from KMs miles. Easy peasy. Also...that was a severe thunderstorm you drove through...if it had been a tornado, you'd have landed in Oz and we'd not have seen this video. KEI is the way!

0:08 I justr realized the pink gas cap is the same colour as your wheels on the left side. I think you could defo pull it off if you wrap the grey parts the same pink. pink on pink on pink would be fireeeee

29:15 as someone from tornado alley that wasnt too bad. The part with the blue doge thats the speed id do maybe About 60mph in the alto. The end there, thats when id tone it back. 45mph maybe 50, keep my head and eyes moving. Fog lights are a good thing when u have washout condisons like that. Anything that will lightup the line on the right is good. Snow blindness in rain like that is a real thing at night. Still sus about that alt.

Maybe turbo normal cars are better but when it comes to a kei car with 30hp. The most fun you can have is bagging through the gears with a 5 speed

Nick if your going to Japan to make a living please inspect the cars properly as in get underneath them with a ramp & don't buy what you like buy what sells to make money not because you like it . 3 of the Subaru Sambar with the split screen front at a garage i know near my home in Leeds, all 3 under £9000 which is around $11,000.

The yellow car is a Renault sport spider Nick, same engine as in the Renault Clio Williams ( F1 ) team top of the Range & performance of the time mid to late 90s. I don't hate the Pink miracle ( miracle its not a death trap). If the welder fabricater which i guess is his trade & as im an apprentice trained engineer i respect what he has to say. If he says the car is not going to drop to bits its good enough for me. The pink miracle.

So weird hearing a German name pronounced like it's Jewish. M e s s e r s c h m i t t Zero chance that's a Pao/Be-1 transmission in the Fig. Those can not handle the horsepower. It's either the stoopid rare/expensive Nismo close ratio 5spd that came in Turbo and Super Turbo models or (more likely) a later March K10 pre-facelift unit modified. Figaro Club has done a few of those. Coker Museum in Chattanooga is a must stop. Closed Sun-Mon.

Bought my mrs a Ford ka in the same colour around 2000. They can be bought from £150 upto £1000 at the very most. They rust like mad particularly round the fuel filler more get scrapped for rust. Regarding the Tornado Nick even i know how powerful they are surely it would have picked you & the car up .
