This class is a fun, energising journey through the seated sequence of the Ashtanga yoga Primary Series. It begins with the traditional opening chant, a few rounds of Surya Namaskar A and B and closes with the final three lotus poses. Accessible options are offered throughout including chair options and breathe through seated vinyasas. You may need one block or brick for this practice.
