Loved it, Michelle. Thank you so much. I am challenged by some of the movements from a proprioceptive perspective...new moves and I know my rebounder is smaller than your's but this challenge is good for my soon to be 65 yo brain! I find if I just repeat smaller segments, I gain trust, even if I still have to modify just a bit...smashing workout. Thank you so much!🙏💪

@@MichelleBriehler I usually doing just a normal cardio training one Or twice a week, mostly full body with weights,and yoga Pilates ,cardio is not my favourite,😞but was a first time with a trampoline today,and I loved it, thanks to you 🙏( I bought a trampoline yesterday )😊

What an effective HIIT jump if short on time. My heart rate was up and I was a sweaty mess. Not as sweaty as when we did this on the driveway! Love that you spend a good 5 minutes stretching at the end.

I always have the handle on for "just in case" moves! Just remember the handle is not for gripping...just for a bit of balance.

Good workout but much prefer movement combinations for HITT, especially the 50 second version, rather than just a simple move. Having to remember what I have to do helps the time go faster.
