When someone this age has this skin with these pops, there’s no reason to cut them up and dig out every last piece. Which is exactly what she’s doing, great job. Just cleaning up the black heads makes them look better and healthier and it will take a while to get this way, I’ve seen a few others dig and cut very old people and couldn’t finish the videos.

@@yummymedic6675 , true. There is a pre-conference and outlined plan of treatment in these situations in this part of the world in Viet Nam. I have seen the other older person videos the original poster referred to and it was a rougher experience with different issue than this person. The opening of the pores was necessary in the other situation and here it is not. But, I agreed that more careful work could have been done, this is a more skilled and respectful approach.

They do get paid for having the ad on the video, but they also get paid according to how many viewers actually followed the link. So there is actually no difference in watching the whole ad or skipping it.

A piece of advice if it can help you is to put a handkerchief in hot water to open the pores of the face and make it a little easier to remove it 🤗

Seeing this videos remaining of my mother. In her youth she had a very bad acne, she had a treatments and those pits or as she called them hoyos they were not that bad. She will loved for me to squeeze them. And she will said to “ here looked at my face as a sample. Take care your hace and then my grandmother will remember the sun. That was in the late 50’s. But she took care her care, creams, plenty of moisturizer. As she grow older those hoyos or pits were gone.. I thank my grandmother and mother for teaching me to care my face. Every one that knew them they always talked the beautiful skin they had. They were 93 years old when they left this wold. ❤️🙏🏻

You’re doing a great job on this elderly client! No sticking, no blood, no nasty gloves - just blackhead removal to help your client look better. Let’s face it, with this heavy pitting and scarring, it would take major dermatology and or cosmetic surgery to smooth it out some. Most elderly people I’ve known are of the opinion if they can get by without surgery, they won’t do it. It’s not a priority to them like it would be for a teenage girl. Good work!

I like how we don’t get traffic noise like your spa is on on the side of a very busy highway with no walls.
