does anyone know a scholar that does legit tafseer? This is mostly reading the english translation, which can be done on your own

are u kidding? Nouman Ali Khan goes in depth. I reccomend his surat al najm ramadan series. He goes in depth

@@anumashraf7469the thing is usually he has very in depth tafsir, but I think the reason he did mostly translation is because it was praising Allah and his creations and warning of the punishment, so it was clear and no need for tafsir.

@@miskalrum I have listened to a tafsir from elsewhere and an in depth tafsir still makes a huge difference. A translation only has been done in many books.
