Those rings that came with the bar are for keeping your harness from moving from side to side

Appreciate it man, I love the seat and plan to eventually get the fx1 pro as well and move this one to my passenger side. Harness is a 10/10 as well.

What is the size of the bolt for the top part of the seat belt?

so u can keep the stock seat belts & have the harness bar ?

Yes! There is no interference between them at all. So there is no need to remove the stock belts unless you just want to.
