27 GALLON FUEL TANK. $80 TO FILL THE TANK AT $3 A GALLON. This was my second car at age 17. It was my uncles, I saw the FOR SALE sign on the back window I had to have it. It was 4 years old with 77K on it. He traveled to Florida a lot from Mass. When he said $1700 to me I couldn't believe how cheap considering it was over $10K new in 1973. This car went through hell and never sat still long enough. I was filling it 2-3 times a week at $1 a gallon. You could watch the gas gauge go down as you stepped on it. What a boat.

You mentioned in the description it has cruise control. Based on the turn signal stalk and the lack of an on/off switch to the right of the climate controls it doesn't have cruise control. Therefore it's good for "little old lady driving into town and back driving" rather than long interstate trips. I'm guessing the car is already sold anyway?
