Wow! You were right -- the little house in Lignite really wasn't so little! Other than the dark brown room, I really liked that deal! $35K is about what my wife blew on our kitchen.

The First House isn't bad. Like the Arched Doorway and Decent Size Kitchen!!!! The Flooring in the Kitchen would probably need to be replaced, but the Countertop is very nice. The Bathroom needs to be Gutted and start from SCRATCH!!!! All in All, Great Price at $65,000!!!! The Second House looks as if it has a New Roof, which is nice. Like the Kitchen with the old Appliances. I'm finding that Old Appliances are more reliable than the ones of today!!!! Really like the Bathroom, even without the Shower!!!! The enclosed Porch is MY FAVORITE of the entire Place!!!! The Third House is REALLY ROUGH!!!! The Kitchen is GREAT!!!! LOVE The Island!!!! The Flooring in the Living Room is quite Nice, and the Bedroom with the Enclosed Dresser and Cabinets is also WONDERFUL!!!! You'd be spending MOST of your Money on the exterior!!!! The Basement needs some care, but for under $35,000 it's a STEAL!!!!
