Lol that n54 is on 18 psi. With that turbo they can do 32 psi. If the bimmer raised the psi it would destroy the little evo. Although the driver on the evo can shift.

tothemax0729 the n54's with a JB4 will jump to 400hp so it's not hard to get power. AWD has worse drivetrain power loss than Rwd so on a roll the evo struggles

4g63s been out alot longer then the n54 and has a larger tuning market. Eventually the n54 will reach those numbers but it all takes time :)

MyMIXmedia LoL the evo was keeping up. Both cars seem equal in performance. Once the evo got the hit, the BMW didn't creep, but kept up (Probably not, couldn't tell) with the evo. When it was the other way around the evo was keeping up, but did not pass the BMW. Idiots like you make me laugh. Both cars are great, both cars performed well.

INF LIXI hmm... i'm pretty sure you could get near those figures with the stock turbo's on both of these cars. The cars here have pretty decent sized aftermarket turbo's. k, just read through the rest of the comments. bmw has 550hp idk if thats wheel or crank. no mention of torque.

He was 550hp +\- on a "dyno mite". The evo was never dyno'd. We reraced a few weeks ago. He was about 750hp/ not sure of torque. Evo made 550/375 on a mustang dyno. Evo had a passenger bmw didn't. We were about even. The video was posted by "articzap"

I didn't have it dyno'd. It was 400 on a mustang dyno on 25psi and then added some boost and leaned it out a bit for the e85 tune. Was a quick street tune a few hours prior to the race.

jdmdaxsi619 my car has been on a 35r for 5+ years. it was on 25psi on 93oct trapping 127-129mph. you'll have a little more lag with the 35r but thats not always a bad thing especially with a stock motor. the red is a nice turbo though. either are a good choice, but it depends mostly on what else you're going to do with the car in the future

Its loud because its running such high boost, the Evo incomparison to the bmw has a much smaller turbo thats why its running nearly twice the boost. If the Bmw was running the same boost you probably would lose sight of it

Evo is a great build platform, and monster from a dig with a proper 2 step. Although in theory it should out launch the Bmw, in sure the 335 driver would up his boost for that race and run him down.
