It was a female that touched them so its very much a lighter... sentence over a male.... 45 years or more for men and 15 years with a potential parole after 5 years for women or house arrest for many of these females who do that to kids..... they literally can be doing that and have investigations done like that mayor that had to resign for her relations with a minor... she got to stay around her own kids which made me think she may have touched them too.... women do this way more than men do because they are more trusted around kids and they are also around them a lot more so over men.... they get away with it and most people don't really care like they would if it was a man.....she remind me of my 4th grade teacher who was also a gymnastics instructor at the school her and her mom worked there and were both into me for so reason... I stayed after school a lot... she was 23 years old when she did things with me.... she got to keep her job..... LOL

Well, manslaughter isn't intentional and we don't know the extent of those child offences, but most rapes are commited with malice and there are two clear cases, so, I'd say that the last example is one of the worst.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but whether you're famous, average Joe, have money or no money one thing we all have in common is that we are all human beings. Therefore, the law should apply to everyone on God's green & blue earth. No one should have a get out of jail free card no matter who they are. Of course as we know, some people avoid punishment because they have so much money and could afford a strong legal defense team. Sad but true that the law has to be blinded by money sometimes.

You need to understand how the system works. It means he can’t be considered for parole for 29 years not that he will be let out. He then has to show that he is not a threat to children or women which in his case will be very very difficult.

I saw the documentary on Gary Glitter aka Paul Gadd, he never really had much of a start in life and I don't really know if he ever knew what love was as a child. But you saw as he got older he never really accepted any kind of responsibility for his actions. Constantly blaming anyone and everyone but himself. Seriously weird individual. The saddest part is that the victims will never recover, especially those who have been murdered, and the sexual assault will be something they will have to live with for the rest of their lives. And because of the high profile of some of these issues, most of these people were looked up to as role models, which is why I taught my children that celebrities are more corrupt and immoral than anyone else in the world.

Tammy Sytch's crime was preventable. Despite having an insane repeat offender history, the system remained kind to her. Oh, and after she finally killed someone, she wasn't even arrested. Despite witnesses explaining her reckless high speed crash, it took weeks to test her blood and figure out it was another DUI, and only then was she treated like a criminal. Oh, and she was still released on bond. A week later the judge realized she was dangerous and put her back in jail. These are the experts in criminal justice. They killed that man.
