While I never felt anything and I got out of it a little early, I think it was AMAZING. I visualized all the Mems becoming glowing Yuds and then jumping into my breathing and going into my body. I felt an incredible peace and got some business ideas. Not sure about body healing but probably takes a while to do that. Best Kabbalah/Jewish/ Meditation I have ever had!

I love this meditation , but do you have anything more specific for healing after surgery or physical injury? I just had wrist surgery. I was able to make this meditation work for me by picturing all those yuds running up-and-down my injured wrist and cast, but I would have liked something more specific.
