I have visited this project in Aug 2022. Excellent amenities are covered in the project. Price they told, Rs.42.50 lakh for 2 BHK of 950 sq ft without parking, if booked this month, one can get it at Rs.40.50 lakh. Open Parking space at 3 lakh extra. The project location is not formidable though. You can face terrific traffic jam after 6 pm around Santragachhi Area. I prefer similar project at Joka by Godrej.

@@sharadkumar9211 u can get decent hotels at 2k per day in kolkata, if you take 2weeks of vacation in winter, summer, durga puja and some long weekends, then u have to pay 6Lakhs rupees per year. that makes it not 10 but at least 6 years worth of hotel money. and considering the location, u can find 1k per day or even cheaper hotels at that location. so, then at those terms u can live, like, 12 years in hotel with that money. :) now, the practical argument is that, u dont "own" the hotel room, and also, u r getting a 2BHK here, not a shelter. And u may sell it after a decade for twice or even thrice the amount u r paying now, thats a major factor for "investing" in urban properties, especially in metro regions.

Kolkata is an available city. u can buy plot nearby city sides and build ur own luxurious penthouse. that will save u lakhs of rupees, if not crores. the so-called penthouses in delhi are just cheap boxes without any architectural aesthetical value
