It’s related to the danganronpa Spoilers Hajime Hinata is a talentless boy and worked in the “reserve course” (basically the part of the school they attend but no one has talents in that area). Hajime took a role from the school (with his and his parents consent) to be a test subject and it lead him to having multiple talents. This other person is what Hajime turns into when using a magnet. (The person he turns into has a different name and is the same name as the principal of the school named Izuru Kamakura)
