This home design is very efficient with cozy beautiful decor features. This is my favorite kitchen which is separate with plenty of windows . The combo island table is functional and an attractive design feature ! My only personal change would add an all season room at the other side of the fireplace. I like a separate quiet reading space. No TV over the fireplace either as it is a beautiful focal feature alone. Perfect design!

I love the master bathroom, truly love. I love the kitchen breakfast table/counter. The only thing in the kitchen I would change is put in a one large bowl sink, a farmers stainless steel. The staging is gorgeous.

Nice but I would prefer a version that actually sits on a basement versus slab. All of the videos I have seen only do slabs, which is unfortunate although I know that they can be altered.

​@@davidhensley76 Guess some can only see these for what they are in the video. These houses may not be "real" as you say but.... I bet the blueprints for them are and blueprints lead to REAL houses. So if someone wants to add a basement it would totally be possible.

I like the kitchen being its own space. I like the dedicated laundry room. I'd like to have a pantry and a dedicated computer/office area for a work-at-home person or computer addict (like me). At least a computer nook would be good, but not in the livingroom where noise would be a factor. PS where is the TV??.

Why would you put a heated towel rail in the bath shower area of the ensuite?

MORE windows and much much much bigger windows with the existing. A REAL wood burning fire place. Want an out vent above the gas cook top with dual fans blowing through a smoke stack out through the roof. Want double ovens full sized. I want a walk-in tiles shower - NOT a tub combination in both bathrooms! Want solid wood interior doors (including pockets and closet doors) and solid wood exterior doors. Want pure hardwood flooring and not the plastic LPV. Want granite counter tops in both bathrooms and kitchen. Laundry room is GREAT. Bedrooms must be minimum 15' x15' and living must be 18'x18' min. Kitchen must be 18'x18' min. Want house on a slab foundation and no crawl space between my feet and the ground! Everything else is perfect plus the above upgrades. Then you got yourself a deal.

I agree that the bedrooms need more windows, and the fireplace shown has an unrealistically huge flame and no ashes! Having a bathtub in one bedroom is common to appeal to families with small children. The rear door with glass panes is not as secure as a full wooden door. I'd find the rest of the house acceptable.
