Hi, the blinking Leds cannot be switched off. And recording on memory card does not need internet.

Yes even if electricity is cut or wifi is switched off , the camera will connect back automatically when power/network is restored.. No worries. Not sure about the approach for warranty will need to check that out from the manuals.
