Dude- KZbin limits it to 60 fps anyway... The reason its so smooth is because the 360 fps recording is rendered with frame blending which blends the 360 fps into 60 by merging frames and changing opacities (hard to explain). And the motionblur doesn't increase your fps or anything because it is rendered in 60 fps and frame blended like I said earlier.
