How did you hook up your camera to your desktop?

USB connection, you should have received a cable with the DSLR camera, a AV/out or HDMI. For this video I used a AV out cable, connecting the camera with the Laptop

All I see is white after shoot. Camera connects, liveview displays, settings can be changed but after the shoot all i get is white. Running in Motorzied Turntable mode with a Canon plugged in via usb. Please help!
