I absolutely cannot do the "hand over the head" braking thing ... I just cannot! They stress you cannot press down too hard or youll stop in the middle and i just cannot do it! Worst experience of my life !

It wasn’t that bad lol. We used it to change directions and just kept it loose when not changing. The brakes were on the lines so when didn’t have to use it to stop. Those lines were too steep to get stuck.
