You need to try the Irish Spring method in the shower, it gives you good wave progress. It worked on me. Just wet your hair and Irish Spring the bar of soap in the shower, rub it on your hair then brush it for 15 mins. Then rinse out your hair, then brush it until it's dry. FINISHED

Already had the medium hard on the wishlist on Amazon; definitely ordering it when I get paid. EDIT: got the medium hard brush in today & WOW it is perfect for wolfing! Hard without being abusive to your scalp. I will probably have to get a different one for applying product to wet hair & for a fresh cut, but it’s worth every penny.

As long as you dont overlap your strokes, you'll be alright. Overlapping is a common mistake with some users of CQP style curved brushes.

Neither, cuz they're both mediums. You use softs after a fresh cut not mediums. Use the #590 Extra Soft red curved brush or the #560 medium soft

I am sorry the wave game has become too serious to the point where it is fucked up, nobody should be selling a brush for 25 dollars, where was yall when 360 waves came from goodie brushes or regular as brush strokes brushes or diane? you can cop all three of those for 15 dollars and have change, these brushes mentioned are all 20 and up thats some bullshit man im sorry. Ive tried 3 cqp brushes out of curiosity and it aint worth the money its simply just bigger than most brushes been waving with regular brushes and waves on levels above average.

To be honest i think most people either loved those days or wish they were waving back when you could get OG brushes anywhere for 5 bucks. Problem is in the last 5-10 years they all either went out of business or significantly lowered the quality. If you could still go to any run of the mill beauty supply and grab OGs, there would be no market for Brush King other than saying he's a BOB. The cheap brushes while some are great, don't at all compare to the quality of the BKs. I can't recall of any other manufacturer making brushes solely for black people to brush waves with, the other old companies like Diane or Goody just happened to have good brushes that worked, but they weren't created with a black guy brushing 360s in mind, more of a coincidence that they did and thats why they probably don't even know that they fucked up their lineup.

i agree with you on the face that they make brushes solely for us as black men with waves and i appreciate that but why they gotta break our bank at the same time, Know how i started waving, my mom use to brush my hair every morning before i go to school and i started getting waves on the top only, then i got older started doing it on my own and eventually got 360s then mastered it with brushes like goodie and diane 8115/9. As i said i tried the CQP and they were ok but no significant difference just the fact that its a larger brush, and even though im on here talking i might still try a torino brush out of sheer curiousity because im that type of person, but hopefully these young kids are not out here buying these brushes thinking its the only way to get waves.

Personally I always screw up connections using curved brushes. I got a lot of BK brushes, Torino and Royalty, they're another level if you're used to old school brushes, don't think you'll be disappointed.
