ത്യശ്ശൂരും എറണാകുളത്തും ജനിച്ചു വളർന്നവരുടെ ഏറ്റവും പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട ബേക്കറി എന്ന് തന്നെ പറയാം 1984 ൽ തുടങ്ങിയ Navyabakeshop 😊. 4 ദശകങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷം 37 ഓളും ബേക്കറികൾ തൃശ്ശൂരും എറണാകുളത്തുമായി നവ്യക്കുണ്ട്. കുറച്ചു ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കു മുൻപ് ആലുവ കറുകുറ്റിയിലുള്ള നവ്യയുടെ പ്രൊഡക്ഷൻ സെന്റർ കാണുവാൻ അവസരം ലഭിച്ചു.
ഒരുപാട് പ്രത്യേകതകളുണ്ട് ഇവർക്ക്. വർഷത്തിൽ 365 ദിവസവും ചക്കയട ലഭിക്കുന്ന കേരളത്തിലെ തന്നേ ഒരു പക്ഷെ ഒരേ ഒരു ബേക്കറി ചെയിൻ ആയിരിക്കും നവ്യ. അതുപോലെ തന്നെ തങ്ങൾക്കു ആവശ്യമുള്ള പാല് സ്വന്തം ഫാമിൽ നിന്നാണ് നവ്യ ഉല്പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്

നവ്യയുടെ ഫുഡിന്നെ കുറിച്ച് ഒരു പരാതിയും ഇല്ല. Hygenic ആണ് ടേസ്റ്റി ആണ് healthy ആണ്. പക്ഷെ അവരുടെ sales staff ന്റെ സ്വഭാവം വട്ടപ്പൂജ്യം ആണ്. നമ്മൾ എന്തോ free വാങ്ങാൻ ചെന്ന attitude ആണ്. പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് vazhakkala ഔട്ട്‌ ലെറ്റ്‌. മുതലാളി ശ്രദ്ദിച്ചാൽ നന്നായിരിക്കും. 😊

Beautiful experience, 6 years back my wife was 7 months carrying, while on the way to trichur r.station on the road she saw jack fruit, & my mother had desire to eat Ela ada, I stopped car went to Navya bakery & surprisingly saw jack fruit ela ada....we all had ..superb...still we didn't got same taste which we got from there. We are from Kannur. But Still we remember NAVYA BAKERY...all the best... Remember word of Mr. Tilakan wordings in USTAD HOTEL .
