I know Lidl makes a fantastic plain white chocolate bar! They're bigger and cheaper too. Hopefully Lidl finds some space in Kentucky one day.

Love your reviews, as always! Highly requesting you review a few local places in Lexington, KY: 1) Take out dishes from Archa Nine Thai Kitchen: Chicken Satay, Spring rolls, Chicken pad see ew, masaman curry , fresh rolls, mango sticky rice 2) Various dishes from Thai Street Food kitchen 3) various sundaes and flavors from Frozen in Time ice cream shop!

2nd hand info but good source… some private label wegmans products… their canned veggies are made in same factory as del monte, coffee same factory as Folgers, peanut butter as smuckers, ice cream as Perry’s… I like when private labels make their products look like the ones they most closely resemble… like if your private label pb tastes like skippy brand their packaging looks like skippys packaging not jif or Peter Pan… I also like when they say on the label “compare to…..” I really like a lot of the private label products from shop rite… the go by “bowl and basket” and I think they are very good…. I don’t know who makes them but they are really good…

I have a friend whose uncle does private labeling for restaurants in the area and Harris Teeter brand products. They followed the brands recipe, marketing etc, for the most part, but not always. It apparently is cost effective to do it this way for companies. These all sound good, but the white chocolate is my choice. Great review
