Hey Donisha..OB nurse here. Shortness of breath and tiredness can be symptoms of low iron. Just keep eating Whole Foods. Spinach etc. You are doing great. Proud of you. Also frequent bowel movements can be symptoms tiredness. Drinking fluids will help that tiredness, hydration is key. Medela breast pump you pick are great. They work so smoothly for my mom’s. We use those pumps in the hospital.

Glass bottles are a must the first 3 months, they do not hold germs and boil them with water in them, my mom was high on boiling the glass bottles,

keep in mind those items need to be washed before use they should soften up after there washed and disenfect the baby bag too. i know you got alot on your mind. so excited for you.
