How much will it cost to stay in a castle in uk? Same here..why people think all india is poor cheap and dirty. After all , it was conquered for its wealth and opulence and gold and diamonds. Some people are so fixated on their stereo type image on india. Delhi was the cultural centre of all Asia.

Hello my brother...well it is definitely beautifully restored after all no one alive today was even born wen the home on hotel was built...But I think it is also alittle overpriced coz we have a gud idea due to your travels and accomadation wat to expect...I really think maybe one reason the price is so high I doubt it's a really busy place as yet but important though...So to keep up with service delivery and hospitality I think one reason price is bit out of range...❤❤❤

The breakfast was so basic and cheap in ingredients of just a few potatoes and eggs, I would expect more for my money for the price but Indians don't eat much protein so you can not expect more. But I am not impressed and so was Davuud 😊

What?? Protein is not equal to meat. Yes eat less meat for religious and cultural belief but we get a lot of protein through vegetables and lentils and dairy products. The food items you see in restaurant is not what we consume on dsily basis.. they are less spicy and more according to dietary requirements..

The actual feeling of sleeping, sitting in such a room can't be put in words. It has such a calming effect on you. If more and more such hotels are opened. Old buildings restored the prices will come down. Indians are fuelled because they cant dream of living here on their budget. This is not a place for a 20 year old. No vedio games here.live music and dances of mughal era..They create the whole ambiance of 200 year old era

A Big No!!!!! 🤦 Are they joking with the people who are come to stay in that with Big amount of money they charged from them (One day stay with including breakfast)? They are situated in Old Delhi & Old Delhi is famous for their famous food vegetarian & non vegetarian for both. I thought they provide you & others food tour to the famous place for the breakfast in old delhi, they come along with you if this is not possible for them. Atleast they bring food items from the famous breakfast places in the old delhi trying & experience you different items in this one place. Now Talk about their breakfast 1st Item : Bedmi Puri with Aloo Sabji (Frying bread with Potatoes curry) who they are saying famous again & again old delhi breakfast yes it is but doesn't serve any type of Pickles (Mango, Carrot, Lemon, Green Chilli), Lassi (Sweet or Salty) Halwa (Sweet Dish). 2nd Item : Samosa but where is Kachori (Frying bread filled with lentils & spices). 3rd Item : Sambhar Idly but where is Dosa? (Healthy but not expected in old delhi breakfast). 4th Item : Fruits, Juices & Eggs (Same its healthy & good). Any food item from Old Delhi = NOTHING!!!!!!!! No Royal Treatment No Heritage, legacy food!!!!

Why dont you walk the talk? Buy two buildings there and open your own hotel..useless suggestions. In ones dreams everyone is king..but reality is different. Running such a huge hotel, looking after so many people is no joke. Noone used to go to these streets..they painstakingly restored them..its not easy to restore old buildings..constructing new ones is easy. Maintaining a staff. All costs money. You get a dingy room in newyork for that price with smelly carpet. No room service. Place matters. Instead of appreciating others,you sit at home and criticise. Why don't you show..provide all this at lower cost. We all would love to stay in your hotel. Noone is a fool to spend more. So when are you doing it? Send me the name

Exactly..maintaining old building is not easy job..takes regular painting and repair. Keeping a staff and everything tip top is expensive. Delhi is expensive. They are charging for the unique experience that they are giving. Restoring old buildings is not easy.

There is heritage hotel in himachal also. Totally different. In Pinecrest forests or tall green conifer forests. With full wooden architecture . Full authentic pahadi culture. Many old palaces have been converted to hotels like chail palace. The experience is unique. The tea, food totally different. With snow clad mountains the scenery is also different. Igloo are also available in some places in manali. Skiing,skating. The slate covered grey roofs of himachali houses are unique. The dresses,caps,shawls,jewellary of himachal is mind blowing . @@induchopra3014 that is not the look out of the customer. this is like doing minimum to show some heritage and loot money. all commercialized money making mechanism made. even the staff is not trained. he shows no patience to show the property properly and to make the customer comfortable. he is not even dressed for his role. staff of such hotels should show patience to strike a conversation with customer explain things properly. customer should not feel like he lost money. problem is indians are used to walking and eating and sleeping near trash.
