You have build this as strength... but isn't agility currently performing better due to the crit damage bonus and more crit chance? And doesn't sword spec beat axe spec? And what about armor pen, isn't it alot worse after armor nerfs? Currently running agi, sword spec mythic twinblades with epic and rare agi + energy regen. With this I don't need Relentless Strikes.. which in turn, also reduces the strength of armor pen further with talents like Shredding Blows and Serrated Blades. Also opted for Dual Wield 10% haste instead of crit. Have you tried something akin to this?

My dps is shown here so you can just compare but this is better than agi or anything you mentioned. Ive tried them all already. Edit: Not better, but about the same dps as agi or str. Agi and str has different talent setups. Dps overall is similar. Both around 22-23k.

It's worth noting that generic crit damage bonuses, like the ones from agility allocation or the fatal wounds passive for using a 2h in agi spec, are currently bugged and giving half the increase to crit damage bonus that they should be to critical physical abilities, but the full effect for critical auto attacks.

u can use dst if you want. ive found that its better to stack more ap/% over extra haste. my avg titanics are 10k max 17-18k.
