Madame Ping was the first individual to realise that Morax faked his death. It was during the Second Liyue Archon Quest when Zhongli asked us to go and fetch the Cleaning Bell from her and it was at that moment she realised that Morax is alive and is planning to retire. As for the other Adepti they sooner or later realised it too either via Madame Ping or Zhongli himself. But I like to believe that the others found out about Zhongli's real identity themselves instead of from some via media because then why would Ganyu and Yanfei be the only ones left out of the loop and be clueless about it to this day.
