Couple of things - In your video I only see two washrooms in 3 bhk, means only the master bedroom has an attached bathroom. In the kids room, i think if we put a bed of 72"*72" size there will be no space left. Even the other guest room is small in size. Though atleast i was expecting it to have the attached washroom

If u had any knowledge about the surrounding projects u will know why 38 divine is superior i guess you dont 😂. And the "Kachra depo" your talking about is a reserved park i gues u legit got 0 knowledge about this...
