The chef was only speaking to the wife and ignoring the rest of the guests, and Harry was completely ignored, so why should e have to wait, in fact the chef was in the wrong to disrupt the meal, he should have waited until they had all finished. The whole table arrangement was so bad, and it seemed that it was intentional to belittle Harry by putting him on the end. Clearly no one there knew how to lay a table properly, and how to seat guests so that you talk to others, never seat couples together. Watching that video of that moment, I thought the VP was going to slap Meghan. Harry certainly stepped in sharpish. It looked rather sordid to me. It seems that Meghan has no sense of decorum when it comes to touching and flirting with other men and clearly feels that she is irresistible.
