The word Allah is arabic, If you translate to English it's God, secondly the if a Muslim don't believe in Jesus then he/she is a Muslim, In the Quran (Muslim's similar to bible for Christianity) Jesus is mentioned more than Mohamed and a special Chapter in the Quran for the Mother of Jesus call Surrah Mariam (surrah means Chapter) and she is the only special woman mention in the Quran , Lots to learn the truth and knowledge is power, so take your time get a English Quran translation and read, there are lots of places you could get it free.
