Good question… Moses and Elijah represent two groups of people at the end of time. Elijah was taken alive to heaven in a fiery chariot without seeing death. The righteous alive at the time of Christ’s return will also be transformed and taken to heaven without seeing death. Moses represents those who die and are resurrected at Christ return. It doesn't represent two groups of people, but the event is self explanatory. God's voice is heard saying "This is my Son whom I love, listen to him". God is telling the 3 disciples that Jesus is the one to listen to from now on, not Moses and not the prophets. This is what is important from this biblical event. You are misleading people with your interpretation. EGW could've obeyed the command God gave at the Transfiguration to "listen to him" when Jesus taught others about his return. But EGW disobeyed God by listening to William Miller's teaching instead about the return of jesus in 1843 & 1844. EGW wasn't faithful in opening the scripture to read AND BELIEVE the true Jesus Christ when he taught "No one knows the day or hour....". EGW was disobediant & unfaithful which proves she is a unreliable source of error.
