VAN LIFE SCOTLAND - It's NOT gone to PLAN - out of the van already!
This week we continue to Tavel and live in our van with our pets, our dog and cat. As is often the case though it's not quite gone to plan and we have to leave our van for a little while.
As we continue to explore the south west of Scotland we head into Galloway forest, and really do get up close with nature! We are blown away by the scenery in this lesser known tourist area of Scotland and think this will be a road trip to remember, as we wild camp our way around the south west coast.. hopefully!

Oh you lucky ducks! A hot tub! My husband and I always had one the many, many years that we owned homes. Then we lost our home due to job losses and sold it to buy a condo. We still love where we live, and all of our neighbors, but OH we sure miss our Jacuzzi! Enjoy every moment.

Def agree with the choco spread in croissants. Put the oven on 150C cut your croissants in half and liberally spread your choco spread inside then place on a baking tray then inside the oven for 5-8 mins. Yummmmmy.

Scotch pancakes are also known as drop scones (the mixture is dropped onto the griddle!). As you found out, they are slightly thicker than ordinary pancakes or crepes and tend to be a bit sweeter. Love your videos and miss Scotland!

Glad AJs leg is improving and It looks like Summer enjoyed her little Lodge break . Great places to visit. Me and a friend stayed In a little cottage in Port William about 10 yrs ago before I brought the van. such lovely scenery and area to visit and the Forest of Galloway is a fabulous place to explore and take lots of pictures we've also treated the wild Goats and Deers to carrots. She got patched up and next day she was right back up there! 🤘🤣 It's been 30 odd years since we had them but my mum still twitches at the thought of trying to milk them! 🤣
