Love this! Do you have to prep your tumbler before applying the clay?

Thank you for the question, it depends on the kind of clay and the amount of surface coverage being used up. When I apply just a simple design like my Zombie Outbreak Tumbler I do wash and scuff it up with a course sandpaper, if I’m doing a full wrap, no need, just make sure you don’t have air between the metal and the clay or it’s a weakened spot. Also air in clay can sometimes need to find a way out, rare but possible.
