A Laptop is ok... a desktop is ok too. Make sure you have a great graphics card, lot's of RAM, get After effects & C4d.

how to you export them and lose quality? everytime i put something in instagram its very low quality!!

Without losing quality? I always render out a .mp4 from Adobe Media Encoder. 720 pixels at least... but I prefer 1080 pixels for best quality. Hope that helps.

ok, i just finished resolving my issue so ill give u some tips that helped me resolve. MP4 and h.264 like he stated. but u need to change the aspect ration in the project settings and the bitrate. so what i did was exported 250 frame animation 1080x1080 png sequence. then i took this sequence into davinci resolve. i set the project settings to the same resolution. and put the output resolution to custom 1080 x 1080 and put the bitrate to 7500 and it looks GREAT! couldnt find a lot of info on it either
