Hi Jai, would you mind explaining how I can trim as you did in AutoCAD 2020. When I tried your method it simply didn't happen. I also watched your udemy tutorial to refresh the trim command but I simply can't make it. I looked at the command message pressing F2, which was "Does not intersect with cutting edge". When I did the same as you did being on a 2D workspace it happened exactly like yours. However, I can't make it in 3D.

Dear Sir, Thanks for your efforts, when i use extrude command in negative direction( down), the result or the extruded object came out at positive direction(up) Can you help, how can solve this problem? thanks in advance
@sourcecad7 жыл бұрын
It must be snapping to some other points in the opposite direction. Make sure none of the object snap is highlighted while making the extrusion.

Hi Jaiprakash, Im facing a problem in a 3D figure Ive made. Im not able to combine the different solids. Its showing some pcs to be regions and some as solids. Can you tell me where I went wrong?
@sourcecad7 жыл бұрын
You might have exploded the 3D geometry which converts it into region.

Why don't you move to Fusion 360? Same work you can make on Fusion but twice faster.

Please should have added dimensions to the actual drawings for it to be simple for us... Also try change the to vertical so that you can draw at one side and the image at the other side too...

Dear Sir This is very good tutorial. I can complete this by your tutorial. I can't save this 3D design as .STEP/.STP/.XT file. How can i save this design as 3D file? Thanks

Use EXPORT command and select the format in which you want to save your drawing from the save as menu.
