9. RUBBING SOUNDS. I'm thinking specifically of the kind of rubbing the camera sounds in FastASMR's first two scalp massage videos, since they're possibly my favourite ASMR videos of all time and yet I can't seem to find similar videos anywhere! But I'm sure rubbing other plastic or even rocks together would make really nice sounds as well if the first option's too specific!

10. SCRATCHING THE OUTER EDGE (MIDDLE OF THE EDGE) OF A THIN SHEET OF CARDBOARD NO THICKER OR THINNER THAN A FEW MILLIMETRES, THICK ENOUGH THAT IT CAN STILL BEND EASILY. There’s a certain thickness that produces a perfect sound. Scratch the edge of another sheet of cardboard with one side that is coated with wax. Tamper with a few thicknesses.

12. OLD-SCHOOL DOOR WITH AN ANKH-SHAPED KEY SLOT. It seems all of them have a loose doorknob and while you jiggle your key around, tugging at the doorknob trying to get it open, I’m nearly having an orgasm. The key for success on this one is to hear the echo effect of the hollow interior of the metal frame that houses the key slot and door knob. The question is: when and where will you find one?
