I have done something wrong my composition start to move very fast like blinking.

You might have changed the rendering steps, so it is skipping one or two frames. You can fix that under the preview pannel.

@@MotionNations the one problem is that why one plug in is cost so expencive . For example element 3d . That’s why i have to work with your turutorial, Instead of turutorials creating with element 3d. Sorry fucking 198 dollar just one plugin. People buy autodesk maya instead of this for month and can make whatever they wants. And i can buy account from envato elements for a year you know and i can use whatever i want from envato, actually i dont buy account yet , but this is realty
